Employer and employee relationship is governed by contract of employment. The company has a system of job design, grading, manpower planning, recruitment, induction and rewarding a part from succession planning. The company strongly believes in that, it’s employees are the most valuable resources of business and keeping workers happy leads to better productivity. Therefore the welfare of the staff is given due importance. Employee compensation package: The company provides the following as an employment compensation to it’s staff. Basic salary Housing allowance or accommodation Transportation allowance or means of transport Ramadan bonus Vacation with pay Home passage on vacation Medical treatment through own clinics or outside hospitals. Employee insurance with GOSI. Free food in the farm project sites for certain categories of staff. It may be seen that the company provides emoluments around equal to 16 months of basic salary per annum.
